Manila Skillet got its start in 2016 as a food truck and pop-up restaurant in the Nashville, Tennessee area, with a passion for sharing authentic Filipino flavors and family-inspired dishes.
Today, we're proud to call Oxford, Mississippi home, serving freshly prepared breakfast and lunch from our food truck on the Ole Miss campus, along with catering for the Oxford community.
Filipino cuisine brings together bold, savory, sweet and comforting flavors unlike anything else. While Oxford has a thriving and diverse food scene, we saw an opportunity to introduce more of the traditional dishes and flavors of the Philippines to our community.
Our goal is simple: serve delicious, high-quality Filipino food, introduce new people to the cuisine we love, and make everyone who visits Manila Skillet feel welcome.

Centuries of culinary traditions blend with influences from Malay, Chinese, Spanish, American, Indian and Japanese cultures. The result is a cuisine known for its distinctive balance of savory, sweet, tangy and rich flavors.
With more than 7,000 islands, the Philippines is home to an incredible variety of regional dishes and cooking traditions. At Manila Skillet, we're excited to share a taste of the Philippines right here in Oxford.
